Groovy Grooms operates a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice. This is so that I can offer your appointment to someone else. Failing to provide 48 hours does not leave me sufficient time to reach out to other clients, meaning I lose out on potential work.
For this reason, if you do fail to provide at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, you will not be issued a refund on your 50% deposit.
