This charge is for any pet you have! Cat, dog, rabbit, guinea pig - I have years of veterinary nursing experience with all domestic household pets, so am more than happy to give your small furries a manicure too.

I will only be accepting bookings for this if you dog is actively scooting or chewing at their bum! The expression of anal glands will only be performed if absolutely necessary.
When we empty anal glands which are not causing your pet any problems, then we can cause soft tissue damage to the delicate structures inside. This, in turn, can result in the development of anal gland problems.
These are aimed at puppies between 12 and 6 months of age, to get them used to the grooming environment without going through the process of a full groom.
I will have them up on the grooming table, in the bath, listen to the sound of the high-velocity dryer and have a good sniff around the floors.
Ideally, I would see your puppy every 4 - 6 weeks before their first full adult groom with me, so these quick trips into the salon are a great and affordable way to help get your puppy to build their confidence up!
